ORDER PLACEMENT: After creating your account, you can place new orders online anytime. In order to maintain the highest levels of accuracy, we do not accept orders placed over the phone or via fax. Email us if you have any questions or concerns and we will get back to you within 2 business days.

BACKORDERS: Normal procedure is to ship & cancel the out of stock items. You will never be charged for items that did not ship.

PAYMENT: Orders are by credit card payment only. Approved Wholesale Customers may make other arrangements by contacting sales@pkwholesalers.com

SHIPPING: Our goal is to process & ship all orders within 24-48 hours after they are received (during Monday - Friday). F.O.B. Auburn, WA via FedEx Ground unless otherwise requested.

NEW ACCOUNTS: New accounts are to be created online, but prior to approval will be at Price Level 4 and will contain sales tax if applicable for receiving state. Contact sales@pkwholesalers.com for any required paperwork after creating account for tax free information.

C.O.D. CHECK & NET 30: Completed, signed and approved credit applications are required for C.O.D. Company check or Net 30 day terms. You may download a credit application here. Please print, complete and fax to 253-351-0018 ATTN Wholesale Sales Dept. Allow 2 weeks for approval.

RETURNS: Contact sales@pkwholesalers.com for authorization.

REFUSED/RETURNED ORDERS: Refused or returned orders will be reshipped once with reshipping charges. Orders returned again will only be reshipped after prepayment. Any order restocked will be charged restocking fees and shipping charges. Restocking charge is 20% of the product amount.
