• FEDEX Ground transit time is 1-3 days West Coast and 3-6 days East Coast (Monday - Friday).
• FEDEX requires a physical address (no P.O. boxes) for delivery. If you have a P.O. Box as a delivery address, simply specify in comments/special instructions to select USPS as your shipping method.
• Shipping charges for your order are estimated. Actual shipping charges will be invoiced at time of shipping.

• Ordered items that are out of stock will be cancelled from your order. We do not accept backorders at this time.
• Most orders ship from Washington State. Some items may be shipped in separate shipments or from a different location (see specialty items below)
• Please note that in the event of an extreme catastrophe (weather), we cannot make any guarantees in regards to shipping transit times.
• Returns: Many of our products are of a personal nature, therefore NO returns or exchanges of any kind are accepted. Lingerie items can ONLY be exchanged with the manufacturers tags still attached and ONLY for same garment in a different size. Ship the lingerie item back to us in good condition and indicate the size desired to receive exchange.
• For orders to Military bases, please select US from the country list and appropriate option from the state drop down menu (such as AA, AE, AP).
• Delivery to APO's and FPO's can take up to ten days.
• All orders to APO's and FPO's are sent via USPS PRIORITY MAIL.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

• Due to customs clearance, International orders may take up to 1-2 weeks for arrival depending on country.
• All items sold herein are legal in the US; however, certain countries have restrictions as to the use and or sale of sex toys. We are not liable for any items that are seized or confiscated by any foreign government.
• We are not liable for any tariffs, import duties or international taxes imposed outside the US.
• For international shipping, prices may be higher than those shown to you when placing an order. If there is a difference in shipping cost we will adjust shipping method to approximate the shipping funds received.
• We cannot ship DVDs or Videos to Canada or Australia per their customs laws. Orders with only DVDs or Videos will be canceled. Multiple product orders will be shipped complete without the DVD or Videos.
• International orders may require you to pay an import tax dependent upon your countries laws and rates.

Question: Can I return my item/items?

Question: What happens if I order something and it’s out of stock?
Answer: You’re out of stock items will be cancelled from your order and the rest will be shipped to you. You will never be charged for items that did not ship.

Question: Can I receive DVDs if I live in Canada or Australia?
Answer: We cannot ship DVDs to Canada or Australia due to their customs laws. Orders with DVDs will be cancelled. If you ordered other products, than your order will be shipped with everything except the DVDs and you will only be charged for the other products.
